BY REGULAR MAIL Complete and print the information form below, then mail it, together with payment, to the address noted at the bottom of the form. Money orders and company or personal checks are accepted. PURCHASE ORDERS are accepted only from companies for minimum purchases of $150.00. Payment must be made within 30 days through PayPal or by check or money order. PHONE ORDERS There is not a provision for phone orders at this time but you are welcome to contact me for questions about the software. QuickCogo's installation is automatic but a manual installation is required for the PDA software after the files are extracted. All programs include an instruction manual within the download.
